This event will bring together the tech sector with Local government housing associations and the NHS, who are on the frontline trying to tackle some of the challenges that our ageing society poses.

They will be setting out the major challenges that they face and what type of solutions they would like to see. This will be done briefly in advance and in detail on the day so that attendees are aware of the topics which will be discussed. Attendees will split into three interactive groups who will tackle each challenge in turn before coming back together as a group to discuss potential solutions to these challenges.

As part of its contribution Government has allocated £98m for a ‘healthy ageing’ innovation programme to drive the development of new products and services which will help people to live in their homes for longer, tackle loneliness, and increase independence and wellbeing.
