Currently we recieve around 300 requests a week which are sometimes a result of users not being able to navigate the our websites. This can be very fraustrating for users and might we would want to carry out some discovery work to review the user exprience on each webpage and therefore reduce system related contact so that officer time is better spent on providing and improving services.
