Birmingham City Council launched their Druids Heath Together website to enable the local community of Druids Heath to explore opportunities and to help shape a vision for the holistic regeneration of their estate. The website gives residents a chance to share ideas while working with the council to improve their local neighbourhood as well as to understand the regeneration journey.
The council worked with multiple partners including Land Insight, Commonplace and UrbanPlanAR to develop a suite of digital tools in addition to the website including virtual and augmented reality and a 3D virtual model which enabled the visualisation and impact of potential developments.
