LG Inform presents you with up-to-date published data about your local area and the performance of your council or fire and rescue authority. Whether you’re interested in scrutiny, a particular service area, or simply need an overview, it can help you review and compare performance with other authorities. LG Inform Plus is a service that provides subscribers with a suite of diverse online services to help understand customers, improve service provision and reduce costs, all in one accessible place.

Come to a hands-on introduction session to learn more about LG Inform and LG Inform Plus. Hear more about the systems and the data and tools it holds.

If you don’t currently subscribe to LG Inform Plus, you will have access for the day to see how the site works and be able to see data for your area.

This training day will be a hands-on day so please bring a Wi-Fi enabled laptop with you, if you are coming with a colleague feel free to share. Tablets/iPads are currently not supported.
