The MyStaffs App in a mobile app for citizens to access council and public sector services in one place, anytime and anywhere.
As a two-tier authority we understand that the public don’t differentiate between County and Borough/District services and the MyStaffs App means they don’t have to. The App helps to drive channel shift as we move towards digital first and digital only services.
However, the App has not been fully implemented by all the Boroughs and Districts and this money will be used to fund support for these organisations to implement and promote the App more widely and realise the benefits of channel shift improved citizen outcomes.
