City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

Outcome of Expression of Interest: Not shortlisted

To effectively deliver frontline services it is becoming critical to move to locality based models that take advantage of public sector assets and buildings close to where support is needed and delivered. This requires dynamic coordination between multiple agencies and a specific understanding of space availability, utilisation and cost.

Our discovery would work across the local authority and health partners to establish the challenges with this way of working, examine the way each individual organisation manages space availability, utilisation and cost apportionment and work on the hypothesis that a regional based room and asset based management and booking system would deliver significant benefit across the various organisations.
