Council’s should be making use of the platforms provided by the Government Digital Service. The adoption of the GOV Pay platform is difficult because of the challenges and cost of integration with legacy ERP and finance systems.

Through discovery we would like to understand the potential benefits of providing users with a payments journey that better meets their needs, the costs and potential savings of moving to a free platform and any other potential benefits of using the existing and future features of the GOV Pay platform.
