Services Week 2026: Digital Backbone – single sign-in for the public sector

Services Week is an annual event hosted by the Government Digital and Data community.

In this session, GDS’ Digital Backbone team will showcase Internal Access, a single sign-in service that lets public sector staff access multiple internal tools using their existing work email, without extra passwords.

The session will:

• explain what Digital Backbone is building and why
• include a live demo
• show how you can get involved
