Learn about the LGR Digital and Cyber Playbook and how it helps councils to plan for reorganisation, reduce risk and prepare for day one.
The Playbook brings together practical guidance, tools, case studies and templates to help councils plan and deliver the digital, data, technology and cyber aspects of reorganisation. It supports councils to prepare for day one (vesting day), reduce risk and shape the new authority.
