This discovery explored user research in local government and whether its results can be used by other councils. User research is an important piece of work to inform decision making but it is new principal for a lot of local authorities – not all of them have the user researchers in their setting or the resource to conduct their own research.

This project will explore if and how user research can be reused, focusing on the service area of adult social care.
